What do you do for crust?

When did you join The Shed and why?

I joined in October 07 so I could get ideas on what to do with my Troll and to show others what I had done
 
What do you drive & how long have you owned it?

I drive an 06 GU ST-L called Matrix and I have had it since new.
 
Any modifications?

ARB steel winch bar with a Mile Marker Winch and factory spotties, ARB side steps with brush guards, factory snorkel with K&N filter, 3" lift with King springs and Konl shocks, 33" Mickey Thompson MTZ's, 2 3/4" exhaust all thanks to the boys at Wizard Performance 4x4 Suspension.
 
Where do you like going bush?

Anywhere I can
 
Any members off The Shed or 4WD Action Forum you usually go wheeling with?

I don't go with any Shed or Forum members but I have recently joined the Gold Coast 4x4 club
 
Tell us about that first ‘oh bugger’ moment you have had off road:

The first time I took my brand spanking new Patrol off road and headed down a narrow track flanked by lantana bushes. The sound of thousands of spines and branches going down the sides of my pristine duco BUGGER!!!!!!
 
What's next for the truck?

Front locker, a 2" body lift and GME radio.
 
Any mods made & since regretted & why?

I don't regret any mods so far as I spent a lot of time talking to "experts" and reading 4x4 Action to help me decide what to add and what would benefit my truck.
 
Have you done any extended trips in your fourbie, if so do you have any advice or experiences to share?

No, only a couple of long weekends and camping trips so the only advice I can give is "Get out there".
 
What’s your favourite rig off The Shed, other than your own?

I'm a big fan of Otis as Zooks are still a favourite of mine
 
Where are you planning to get to this year?

I have a trip to Levuka planned soon and a trip to Fraser at the end of the year. And where ever and when ever I get the time
