I drive an 1984 Model Toyota LandCruiser 60 Series. I've had it since February 2003
Any modifications?
Bullbar, Towbar, Spotlights x4, 12000lbs winch, Twine Hot Shower, Safari Snorkel, Dual Batteries, Diff Breathers, Ladder Bar, 35" Tyres and Spare, Spring Over Conversion, Sheepskin Seatcovers, 2nd Battery Monitor, Rear Working Light, Roof Rack, 150L Water Tank, False Floor in Cargo Area, 12V Plug in rear, 40L Engel fridge Slide, I think thats about it......

Tell us about that first ‘oh bugger’ moment you have had off road:
A few mates and myself were out 4WDing and it had been pouring down rain all week. There was a tight section with a big water washout on one side. As I proceeded through the section my truck was slowly sliding into this washout, the back end slid in first and dragged the front in. Next thing I know my truck was leaning up against a bank laying on my rear door.... lucky for the bank otherwise my truck would of went right over. Only a few minor scratches. Nothing big considering where it had ended up. Must of been my lucky day... or not so lucky.
What's next for the truck?
Shes up for sale...sadly enough. We're moving house and my truck is sitting out in the rain. No place for a 60

Have you done any extended trips in your fourbie, if so do you have any advice or experiences to share?
Yeah, Fraser Island!!! An absolutely awesome place. Tips? It pays to be well prepared... do your homework!! And make sure your fellow travellers do as well. There's nothing more frustrating than unprepared companions.
What’s your favourite rig off The Shed, other than your own?
I'm gonna have to say "79 RV CRUISER" owned my Tuff 79. I have a big soft spot for the 'Cruiser ute
Where are you planning to get to this year?
Nothing planned for this year yet. Would love to do the Cape but work's holding me back at the moment... maybe early retirement is an option but not a good one at 22 hahaha!
