Hey Tom . The sunnnys are a 2inch offset.  Had to loose the mudflaps, grind back welded seam under floor inside wheel arch, and cut away some of the sill.  Did the trick. The back was no problem.    Been done once allready by the cops though !!! fun killers.  Take it easy.

no worries mate.im in the process of building a new back bar with a spare wheel carrier.also looking at getting draws in the tray and a flexiglass canopy with roof racks.and much more like endless air dual batteries changing stock air filter location and putting in a donaldson filter set up in.moving fuel filter 2 the drivers side to fit second battery.later down the track build a water 2 air intercooler.

you need to loosen the filler to ur tank under the tray.the steering rod to allow for the movement.just check ur diff breathers after u done it

to get the new bolts in.youll also have to re drill the holes in the bullbar and rear bumper 50mm lower to bring the back up to height with the body.see if that helps you out msg us if u need to know more and i try get bak to ya b4 the weekend

depending on wot kit u got sum have instructoins with it.if not,start with the tray 1st thats the easy bit. then do the cab.do 1 side at a time it'll make it easier to get the blocks in.ull  have to lift the carpet up and maybe cut the insolation if i remember correctly.
