Meet the Team

Milo

Without a doubt, “Milo” is the most recognisable 4WD in the country. Countless hours have been spent on Milo by Roothy, 4WD mechanics and 4WD businesses, to make it the ultimate 4WD touring vehicle.

This 45 Series LandCruiser has so many modifications it’s a wonder it can still be called a 45 Series. Powered by a 13BT 4 cylinder turbo diesel from a Toyota Coaster Minibus, with a power steering conversion from a 60 Series, sitting on Cooper STT Maxx 33in tyres, Milo takes Roothy everywhere and back again.

Milo’s body comes from a 1983 Troopie that has been shortened a metre and stregthened with a custom built roll cage by APT. Roothy has custom hand made Milo’s mud guard flares and the truck is packed with everything to help get him through those tough situations.

It’s safe to say that Milo will be around for quite some time to take Roothy wherever he needs to go.
