Re inflate your tyres before getting back onto the bitumen.

Get out and ‘have a look’

Minimise braking where possible
Do not turn around on the steep hill
Consider your escape route
Chock your wheels if stopping mid hill
Water Crossings
Walk the crossing first
Know the location of your air intake
Spray vulnerable components with a water dispersant
Maintain a bow wave during the crossing
Stop at the exit to let water drain away.

Engage first gear low range
Lower tyre pressures
Use a guide in tough spots
Know the location of your underbody components
Mud Driving
Select low range
Lower tyre pressures
Keep up momentum
