I have a hilux 04 kzn165R SR5 & want to change the complete cv joints. What is the measurement for standard height and for raised cv joint heights? I don't want to order the wrong one. Thanks - sorry this is my first 4x4 car.

Did not know there was a thing like that. Raised a GU and GQ Patrol, Rodeo, Land Cruiser, Jackaroo and a Delica I never had the CV changed for lifting/raising purpose.

Ok, so the difference is how much angle the cv joint can do without causing damage to the cage/balls in the cv.
If you have a raised 4wd go for the raised cv joint height. Usually they suit and will have warranty for up to a 2" lift.
