Hey Thommo, a solid axle swap is usually referring to removing the standard Independent Front Suspension (IFS, generally having a fairly limited range of travel & little scope for easy travel improvements) and fitting a solid axle set-up (with potential for a far greater range of travel) in it's place. :thumb:

For those vehicles with Independent Rear Suspension (IRS) it can mean changing that rear end to a solid axle instead, but the BT50's (& Isuzu MUX/D-Max for that matter) already have a solid axle rear end! ;)
An Ex-Service person is someone who thought enough about their country & how great it is, how lucky we are to live here, to write a blank cheque made out to 'The People and Commonwealth of Australia' for the value of 'Up to & including my Life!'
