Re: lockka

Been thinking about diesel more and more lately.

Now theres a thought, hey Dan you know that diesel conversion you want to do maybe we should bring a couple in from the long white cloud and do a cut and shut!

if the price is right why not!

would be a very easy swap then if you could get a front cut.
Cheers,

Re: lockka

I guess i'm only partly serious about it, when you start having a really good look there a hell of a lot of difference between the petrol and the diesel models. One of the biggies that are hard to ignore are the axle splines, 28 for a pet and 32 for diesel, obviously to handle the torque. I don't imagine the mitsy engineers would do this just for fun.

In the end i think to do a diesel conversion right would be so expensive you might as well go for a different truck (maybe a diesel PB after the wheels fall off this one)

Hey its was a throw away comment, he leads or he follow me, that challenger around some mean tracks over here,if he gets hung up then there is allways the winch, after he gets the $100 of petrol he filled it with pumped out will measure it up for rear bar work
