Well it happened again, I broke one car so I bought a new for less that it cost to fix the other one.
I have a few plans for it if I keep it, that may just happen yet.

Last night I lay in bed looking up at the stars in the sky and I thought to myself, where the heck is the tent gone.

Hi there fellows,

As you probably know, we've been coping a fair bit of rain down South. It aint only wet, it's cold too. Not the right time to get bogged, but, hey, it's still a lot of fun.

A couple of weeks ago the guys from work and I went up out the back of the Black Spur over to Marysville, took the Pajero and the company Rodeo along - we managed to cause some minor damage to the Rodeo, but all was good. Lots of mud.

This week, Pete and I took the Pajero on the Old Coach Road. However, we've had a heap of rain since last time I went through in July. Pete was at the wheel and managed to get us bogged around 3 o'clock in the arvo...four hours later, we got it out (dug it out more to the point) just as it got pitch black...didn't get home till 11:15pm.

Today, we're back at Port Campbell, but it's bucketing down, so might just take it easy tomorrow and take the Old Ocean Rd instead on the way home.

I went bush last Sat, Sun and Tue, and then again Mon-Tue this week.

So, needless to say, I got enough mud on the truck to start my own farm!

After 1 hr and 45 min at the local car wash and $30 poorer... she came out nice and clean again, ready for work.

Now you know why Geotechnical Engineers are called "Mud Doctors". :waycool:

Here's a pic I took a short walk outside our motel here in Pt Campbell - in case one day you get a chance to visit the far South.

Hi all, my names Matt, thought id share a couple pictures of my 92 wagon :o I bought it for work and to have some fun on the beach with mates but now i have the 4wd bug bad and have plans for it! Ive thrown on some 32" Bighorns wrapped around 15x8 black steels with a -26 offset, the wider track is amazing! Apart from a few little adjustments its pretty much as i bought it. Ive added a GME ariel for the 2way, and a reverse lamp on the rear for night fixed to a homemade bracket, couple of shackels for recovery as i drive it pretty hard :o. Plans for a Tough Dog lift, snorkel, some more recovery gear, highlift jack and mount, new gearbox as the one it is a little grumpy haha, but apart from that really not a lot more planed for now.

Heres a couple of pictures :)

My NK. my first 4wd. In spite of the red P's I am an old bastard. Just a bit late getting my license. The car is a work in progress. I have a long list but not a big enough wallet! I have a lot to learn about off roading and my friends warned me I would get the bug. They were right.

bjc101, do you have any more pics of your inside setup? How long is the bed?
Looking to do the same, maybe not quite as high if i can get the fridge access from one of the rear side doors. I'm 6'3" and the mrs is 6'1" so length is an issue, but wanting to be able to sleep inside the vehicle. Any pointers/things you'd add/change? Cheers!

Hi there guys,

Finally managed to get some $$$ and got the guys at ENY electrics to give me a hand fitting the dual batteries, rewired the rear stop lights, put in a new temp gauge and a new oil pressure gauge.

Also, got the guys at Central 4WD to give the front suspension a bit of a lift. :waycool:

Got a new bull bar on order from MCC, once that's fitted, hoping to get some spotties and an UHF radio...and may be a fridge.

Happy "wheeling".
