Not a lot at present... but its a GLS with all the fruit, factory locker, ABS, Sun roof etc...now running CSA 15 x7 CSA alloys wider offset giving the Paj a wider track with BFG M/T's... TJM Running boards, TJM alloy bullbar and Navra D/Lights wide/pencil beams. Rear Sway Bar removed with EFS comfort shocks all round. front T/B s wound up. rear 3 row seats removed.

Planned mods are to put on free wheels front hubs, (to disengage front diff and shaft for less wear) new coils in rear, 2.5 inch exhaust with straight flow through muffler after the Cat. Install a better and more accurate water temp gauge.

cheers.
Just love getting out there....

Hi Guys

Just thought I would add my little speil in:
Just picked up a 92 NH Pajero for an absolute song from a guy in Brisbane (still yet to get my mate to drive it up to Rockhampton for me - hopefully next weekend should be here). Planned mods as follows:
* Complete respray in and out - Interior in matt black, exterior 2 tone 2 pak Charger orange on top with black trimming below.
* 2" body lift with 2" suspension
* upgrade tyres and rims - undecided as yet
*

oops hit submit by mistake... :(
* Interior upgrades to make it nice for the misses - dvd / cd / usb player + sound system.
* Winch bullbar on front.
* cabin mounted compressor.
* tray and drawer system in rear.

Got most the gear ready to go which have been collecting over the last few weeks - so should see the build up go pretty quickly - probably 3 months. Hopefully can post some pics soon!!
Cheers
Dave

Wot I Got

Unread post by FrogInASock » March 27th, 2009, 2:01 pm

Bought a '97 NK DOHC 3.5 auto about 8 months ago. It's now got LPG so I can afford to drive it! I was told it has a 2" lift (I thought it looked really tall!), has alloys and wide tyres that could really do with being replaced! I have put in a dual battery system using a Pirahna splitter and a Supercharge semi-deep cycle that fell into my hands (true deep cycle would always be better, but can't argue with the cost). Also has TJM side steps which my 5'1" wife loves as she would have troubles climbing in and out if they weren't there!

A Uniden UH500SX is waiting to be installed when I return from overseas later this year. THEN we will finally see the Oodnadatta track that I've been meaning to see for about 2 years now!

It also tows a Cub Supamatic Off Road camper that has seen more miles and usage in 3 months than in the previous 7 years when it sat in my father in law's backyard. Lovin' the life!

The picture is the lovely wife in the Pajero and camper on the track to Boat Harbour Beach, Deep Creek Conservation Park, walking down the hill in low 1st. She had a ball!
