Here is my latest accidental great bargain from ebay.
S3 81 ute with 2.3 diesel and pto winch. was a bit gruby at first but has come up a treat with a highpressure wash and degrease, and some elbow grease on the interior.

can only get it to start with a spray of aerostart at the moment cause one of the glow plugs are buggered so am looking to convert to the newer glow plugs and how they are wired in.
otherwise its a rust free chassis and bulk head with only rust in window channels and on bottom of pass door where the rubber used to sit.

Looks like a great buy mate, very lucky you even have a PTO winch. You will be very suprised where it will go offroad, they are very capable.

yeah i had a s3 ex army troopy 10 years ago and it was great fun, i just bought this to get around to and from work etc to save k's on me 80 series and grubbing it up with work tools and stuff......

iv got the old girl to start with no aero start now just hold foot flat to the floor and she kicks over after a little bit.

seen your add there bout the bullbar i might have to look into that to see if it will fit with the winch it looks a nice bullbar, and that s1 looks the goods too, like the tyres....

you got any spare decent rims lying around maybe as well???the back to on me ute look a tad sus to be doing highway driving with.
