To be quite honest, I would steer clear from any spring lift over 2 inches. This requires a fair amount of work to get right plus $$$, very few people I know have had sucess with them most have all sorts of issues with castor, etc.. it needs to be done properly and not on the cheap. Not saying it's impossible or the wrong thing to do, persoanlly I wouldn't bother and stick to the true and tested 2 inch spring / 2 inch body lift. You will also need to look at flares, Les Richmond Automotive can sort these out (not cheap though).
In regards to the flares, if you're a cheap bastard like me, the Clark Rubber specials do the trick. Not terribly attractive but I prefer function over looks.
