Originally started as a research topic years ago in the utes sections, the tyre topics are so popular it's time to start an new info archive in each sub section, not just for the ute people!
What we want is a collective tried and tested database of info on what works for your model fourby. No hearsay!
So, if you have upgraded your tyre size, let us know what had to be done and whether there is any or no scrubbing. What year/model, how much suspension lift, body lift, wheel off set, guard cutting/massaging, gear changes etc? You get the drift.
Fire away and feel free to post supporting pictures!

I am running a set of 32" tyres on my Disco 1. I did have to cut the guards and put a set of flares on it to sort of keep it legal. It has a 3" lift as well, the rims have a 20mm offset so it has a wider stance and better stability It did scrape and bend the rear guard prior to cutting the guards. I am also running a set of 33" tyres on my Defender with a 2" lift with no problems again with a 20mm off set and on the wifes disco 1, I put a set of 31" with a standard offset to keep the tyres inside the guard and a 2" lift hers hits the rear guard when it is artiulated. I would post photos but i dont know how to sorry.
