I heard that the Terrano chassis is different to the Pathfinder so you can't use the ARB Pathy bar? Or did you mod yours?

ARB still make for our models. TJM use to but do not make them anymore.

For some insane reason ARB only list '92 V6 Pathies and up to '95 (WD21) as being compatible for their bar. I can assure you that the bar will fit the '87 two door 4cyl as well.
Here is my, use to be a 4cyl, 87 2 door with an ARB winch bar. It has been modified only to suit my 3 inch body lift. All chassis are the same at the front, 4 or 6 cyl, Terrano, Navara (D21) or Pathfinder. As long as it is a WD or D21 you will have no issues fitting one.

you're right d21 navs and pathfinders are the same, its funny cause arb only list stuff for the v6 model. like lockers and bull bars but all in all nav bull bar will fit, the main diff is the part were the bull bar comes around the side to the front panels is longer on a nav. also if you really want my mate fitted a d22 bar on to his some modding needed but it will fit.

No difference between a manual and auto. The kit will lift both without any issues. Get the kit and you will not look back.

Nice!

Yeah, I think there should be a WD/D21 section instead of splitting the models. I sometime forget to check out the Terrano and Navara guys.

Gday pathrol,
I thought that the d21 body sat higher on the chassis than the pathy. So a nav bar will fit a pathfinder with a small body lift, I think it was 40mm ??? I could be wrong though

PS, you got my old beast back out of the shed again and into mud yet? Its looking tuff now :thumb:

Time starvation sees it still in the garage.. There isn't too much left to do. mainly engine stuff now and the hoops with coil overs.

the attached pic is Day 1 of ownership. Later on that day it got some D22 Wheels and now it's completely in bits as slowly I'm gutting it to completely redo the interior and put in a QD32ETI engine. If you go to my website link below you'll see some more pics of it. The only change to the last pic on my website is that i've started to put the interior back in as i've painted all the poo-brown plastic black which, imho, looks a heck of a lot better. I hope you like!
