Hey Guys,
I was just wondering where about your oil pressure sits on the patrol?
ATM mine seems to sit around the middle and does not go a great deal over that. I vaigly recall it used to go a fair bit higher than that.
is that low pressure? what could cause that / is there anything can do to fix it?
seems to be running hotter than normal to, but that could just be summer..

Mine'll sit a touch over mid way most of the time. On first start up and when its colt it'll be a good 2-3mm above the mid line. When its really hot it'll be just below it. Hope that helps.

Mine sits around halfway most the time, when idling it'll drop down to about 1/3 of the way.

Should sit halfway, my old motor read zero pressure for about a month before it blew up (oil starvation from clogged oil pickup)

By using a Good quality detergent oil, regularly changed, an engine can never clog up the pickup cos it is being cleaned all the time.
Crook oil quality and only serviced once a blue moon almost guarantees failure.
