$320 a corner. On road in the wet and dry they perform great and even better offroad. They aren't that noisy and quieter than the 33 MTZ i had on the lux.

hi,

i have been looking around for a prado and i am thinking i want a 04-06 diesel, i want to spend between 30-40k on it.

it seems there is a huge price variation on various website.

can some one give me an expectation on what sensible price is to pay for a prado of the above description with about 120-150,000kms (or less)?/

120 Prados with the D4D engine will be around 20k more than the 1KZ-TE models.

There were two updates during the 120 series (diesel Models), the first in 2006 when the D4D engine & new transmissions were introduced, the second when the GXL was up speced to include Digital Climate control, rear A\C in mid 2007. The later seem to fetch a premium.
FYI - Post April 2008 build date ones supposedly have different injects that resolve the "death rattle" issues of the earlier D4D engines.
