G'day highoctane sorry haven't been here in a while, mate she was rattling for quite some time probably going on 12 months or so. It started not long after I did the head but for a while I just put it down to the manifold leaking again from where I had removed the EGR. After eliminating that I pulled the rocker cover off but being in a hurry and with everything looking OK I just put it back together for another day, eventually got sick of it and it was find it or burn it so I got in there with a magnet and that's what I pulled out along with various other bits of metal from the bucket that was supposed to be holding it in. thankfully the cam didn't suffer much damage with only a very slight groove in the lobe and she's been running like train ever since. :thumb:

Nah mate the whole rev range from idle up. I had a fair idea it wasn't bottom end as it never got any better or worse it was just constant.
