Hi all,
This is my first 4wd, pretty tame compared to a lot of luxes in here, but it does the job for us on day trips, camping trips and light touring. Bought it nearly 2 yrs ago pretty much standard with 118,000 original k's with some white sunnies and the tub liner. Since I've had it we've been to Fraser Island, Kinkuna, Pine Creek, Charlie Moreland/Kenilworth, Boondoomba Dam, Miara, Norval, 1770/Agnes, and many other places. Not afraid to use it and get it dirty, but as you can see, I'm fairly fussy with cleaning and maintenance.
Mods so far are:
-80 channel Uniden UHF with GME Aerial
-custom steel nudgebar
-Narva Targa 200 spotties
-new headlight assembly and clear quarter panel blinkers
-rear Cig power socket in tub for camping
-new Sony MP3 Headunit with USB and 4 new speakers
-Front bumper trimmed and colour matched
-Safari Snorkel
-Diff breathers
-Jungle Fender Flares
-set of 5- 31x10.5 Yokohama Geolandar A/Ts on 15x8 Dynamic steelies -20 offset
-made new mudflaps to suit flares and wheels after changing to more neg offset.

Here's my Hilux, had it just over a year now. The aim is to get it as capable as my old 90 series offroad, but with more of the touring mods I had originally planned for the Prado, it's already seen more of the country than the old bus ever did so looking good so far.

this is mine, im still on my "L" plates but when my mum blew up her xtrail she needed a car so her and i went halves on this beast. picked it up on monday and it already had a canopy, two inch lift, cb radio and some near new bfg all terrains. so far all weve done is taken off the canopy, but there are a lot of changes ahead.
