I found an Apple Ipad in the Finke Gorge national park. If anyone knows of someone who lost one. Send me a PM.

you might have to try to access it and see if thee is any identifying info/ pics in it. Some have programs to notify the owner if its charged up & turned on

Locked. Tried going through iTunes but no luck. Apple web site says contact the cops. More chance on the net than the cops in Rocky helping.

I would strongly suggest handing the ipad to the police. They can deal with it. Not handing it over has a lot of legal consequences that I would not want to bear thinking about.

Legally, and in many other ways, it is the job of the police, and that of the owner to contact same concerning the lost property.
