I think they look great. Will add extra protection as well. It gives the vehicle a more modern appeal, somewhat away from standard looking guards. They would only look good if the rest of the vehicle was decent looking as in the picture, otherwise imo, you'd be putting something modern looking on something old looking. I like the FJ Cruiser too, old school look with modern appeal.

Either way, it's just my opinion and I say go for it if you need them :thumb:

I'm restoring my 40 to original condition. It will be an offroader not a show car. do you think they will look good on a dune beige 40?

Getting to close to a jeep i reckon! haha For the back they'd be alright cos you havent really got any other choice, as for the front just widen your guards, looks better than stock and covers your wheel! ;)

If it can't be fixed with duct tape or a hammer, It must be electrical

yeah i bought a set cost me 200 plus freight when they arrived they were in like 20 pieces cause they are only paper thin. didnt know there was "some assembly required". It took 2 days to fibreglass them to 6-8mm to get some strenght, sand texturise and paint.

No..... but they are running 70 series indicators, very common upgrade, just need to move the bonnet latches.
