Hey matty, I'm putting in a bigger cooler like you have and was just wondering how yours is going? Would you recommend putting some sort of mesh in front of it for protection? Like the rangers have on their stock coolers. Any other advice would be great!

Here is my 2002 courier 2.5TD. Picked it up from my next door neighbor. In as new condition and has never really been off road. I got it for $8000 with 180000km's (on clock). But it does have a new common rail 2.5TD motor. Plus 1inch suspension lift/extended shackles and TJM winch bar.

Since I brought it,I have did the following:
Airflow snorkel
Extended F/R diff breathers
2" tray lift
Wound up torsion bars
31" muddies on sunnies
HID spotties
UHF
Surround sound speakers/stereo
And a few other bits and pieces

Thats nice dude. The TJM bar really suits the Courier.

I like the Xrox bars, but they leave the ugly inner front guard exposed.

Have you put it on a dyno at all?

And also do you use more or less fuel now?

Na never been dynoed but seat of pants it feels better.

As for the size of the cooler I think it's 450x300x75mm with 3 inch inlets.

Fuel seems to be the same about 12/14litres per 100 around town, better when I get away of course.

I don't have any mesh infront of my cooler only a lightbar now and top part has standard grill.

G'day Matty. Real tidy unit mate. Kumho muddies? What are they like?

Love the ute. The bar looks great.

Looks like it provides plenty of approach angle and tyre clearance.

Speaking of tyres, what size are they Matty?

Any clearance issues with those size tyres? I was hoping to get 33's under it, but not liking my chances.
Do you know what offset the standard rims are too?
I currently run 235/75s on 15's and they get close to the front guards.
I've no idea what the offset of the rims are though.

Cheers
