F150 7-8 seaters?

I have seen a couple of 7 and 8 seat f trucks around over the last few years.I gotta admit I like the idea.
Whats involved with the conversion (assuming it is a conversion)?

Seat belts attached to-? Seats attached to-? Cab cut-?

I have always thought this would be an awesome truck.

Lots of different variants available in the US possibly imported as is and
RHD converted.
92 GQ ute 4" lift Superior shackles, 33" STT's Lockers ++
79 F100 4wd 351Clev C6 33" BFG Muddies LPG
89 LWB GQ 2" lift 285 Claws blown engine
