Replaced a Patrol 4.8 A/c clutch bearing? Easy or what?

Hi, anyone replaced the a/c clutch bearing on a 2002 4.8 Patrol ??

Some bearings are staked into the pulley hub and some are held in with a circlip.
Circlip is easier than the staked in ones.
The staked usually require a porting grinder and small dia flat ended stone to carve away the staking so the bearing can be pushed out.

Make sure when you remove the driven plate ie centre bolt, you keep any thin spacer washers which are under the hub of the driven section. They set the airgap for the magnetic clutch to operate correctly. Not too much and not too little.

It doesn't matter so much what vehicle it is on, it is what the aircon compressor design is incorporating/using.
