Lining up timing marks on 6G72

Unread post by brettavey » August 16th, 2013, 7:51 pm

Hi, I am about to change timing belt and would like to know how to line up all timing marks. The old belt is still on I have removed cover to expose timing belt and tensioners. Do I use a spanner on the crank and turn clockwise and line up all marks that way? I have to remove cam sprocket to replace cam seal as well.

yep spot on.
I take it your doing plugs as well.? is so pull them before winding it over makes it a lot easyier not having to fit against the compression
