RockCrawler Leaf Springs

Unread post by zookinsyde » September 11th, 2008, 8:46 pm

Hello, i was just wondering if any one has tried a set of the rock crawler leaf springs, the ones sold by 4wd1.

I need some new springs for the sierra, and these look good.

Thanks, Mat.

My mate got the heavy duty springs and put them under a hilux. He was running a custom and extremely light tube tray, and standard fuel tank and everything with all the leaves in. After three months they resemble nothing less then a w. the front did the same thing a month after this because he stuck a 5 litre V8 in there but no idea in sierra's but he said they felt good to start with

was going to go with these, but settled on the OME ones because I could get them a lot cheaper. Am extremley happy with the OME.

I have a set, heavy duty up front and soft on the rear, IMHO just buy rear springs and stick your original rears in the front awsome flex!!! It is the best thing ive every done.
