I am the proud owner of FORD GPW 1942. Most of the parts are original & in working condition. I am also one of the active member of Islamabad Jeep Club Pakistan

You are getting very good flex out of a WW2 jeep.

awsome mate, good to see this bugger still going some 60 something years on :cool:

whats the history of this baby? has it been restored etc? and was it a jeep that served in pakistan/india and was abandoned or convieniantly made surplus buy some enterprising soldier?

I know you prob dont have that history but since its obviously had alot of love to be kept in that condition i thought you might know.

I dont know the history of my FORD GPW 1942

It is with me for the last two decates
I restored it in 1991 & it took almost one year to get it done.
