Hi PP, thought this might come in handy for the tech info thread, so those with larger tyres can get the correct speedo reading.

4.1 Diff Ratios:

31 / 17 / 31G17
33 / 16 / 31G16
35 / 15 / 31G15
37 / 14 / 31G14

4.375 Diff Ratios:

31 / 18 / 31G18
33 / 17 / 31G17
35 / 16 / 31G16
37 / 15 / 31G15

4.625 Diff Ratios:

31 / 19 / 31G19
33 / 18 / 31G18
35 / 17 / 31G17
37 / 16 / 31G16

A new section on steering has been added to the BIBLE.

Cheers Vektahaus for the suggestion

This has been quiet for a while now.
Are people using this Bible?
Are there any new inclusions that you would like added?
I will scout the threads again soon and see what I can come up with but if you have anything please let me know and I will add it.

Cheers

How about adding some sections about Diesel/Gas mods or Chips?

I will try to add something with direct info on GQ/GU Patrol, some of the discussions have been general dieselgas but I will have a look and see what I come up with.
Are you wanting maybe what brands to use or are you looking for perfomance or economy info or all of the above?

I don't recall off the top of my head any Chip info for the Patrols but if you see something send me the link and I can add it in.

Cheers

all help welcome guys. Having not long purchased a gu patrol 98 model has anyone got any ideas to improve fuel economy. It is by the way on petrol/gas. We have just had extractors fitted and they have made a lot of difference to the performance of the vehicle. Don't know yet about the economy side of it though. We are having a snorkly fitted soon as well.

I have not yet found the information you are chasing and therefore not yet added it to the bible, I will keep scouting and will update from time to time.
The bible is meant to be the 1 stop shop for GQ/GU Patrols and although the information may be on the forum somewhere the bible is not intended to be where we ask the question but where we may find the answer. If you post your question in the Nissan tech as it's own thread (after doing a search first) you will most probably find someone with the answers you seek.

If you do find the answers in a 4WD Action thread let me know here and I can add it in.

HI,

It's probably just me, but is anybody else having problems with the links? I need to copy and paste them, and remove part of the link for it to work!

It has been an issue that so far has not been able to be fixed.
Try and copy the link into the address bar and it should work.
