After much pressure,I will waste Valuable minutes of my life and post a build up.....Thanks (not) to Shane055 for his idea. But thanks for your labour bro, cheers
Well Lads enjoy and comment as you see it,I have broad shoulders (and am armed to the teeth) your call.....
Cheers Andy
ps: work ethos: "NO WORK SHALL COMMENCE WITH THE PROPER AND APPROVED FROTHY ALE,BY ORDER OF 'ME'

First pics on day one,I picked it up 5 years ago for $12,500 it was tidy, had 248,000km on the clock, well maintained and tight as a drum.I spent 6 months looking for one having only ever owned 60 series Cruisers.I learned alot about them as I searched for a decent truck for less than 10K.Turns out,at the time ,10K got you SFA in a solid axle Hilux,so I had to up the budget to get a truck worth my hard earnt coin.
So this is what I bought in the local pub carpark.
I can't find a first pic,so this is it with the following mods
2" OME Dakar Springs & shocks, bushes and greasable shackles & pins
Light force 170's
GME 3400 UHF
Snorkel, well, just the cut guard, then i drowned the motor,so i thought "i better put that snorkel on,and bugger it!Whack a turbo on as well!So i did. I scored a DTS Turbo set up off a right off, with snorkel and mudguard,Mandrel bent 2.5" exhaust.Lock,Stock and Barrel for $850.Awesome,and on they went....

33" BFG Muds, that went on the old wheels that the 31's came off.15x8 -22 offset
(landcruiser apparently)
The LSD was Typical Tojo (rooted)
Tyres are all second hand off an 80 series, that's all I couild bank roll at the time.
Yes the last pic is the Spanish Steps at Newnes

Did you end up getting the lsd rebuilt? If so what did it cost you if you don't mind me asking as I have the same problem with mine?

Waste of time and money, they just don't last.Spend your money on an Air Locker.
A rebuilt lsd will cost between $500 - $750 provding the crown wheel and Pinion are ok add another $400 -$500 if they need replacing.I have wound up LSD's with extra heavy duty shims & frictions massively tight and still they only work for about 9 to 12 months and then they start to really fade away. Some dudes use an auto locker in the rear, which is a good cheap option, locker is around $500 and you can fit it yourself.

OK, so having smashed many a CV with the Richmond auto locker,I decided that Chrome axles,CV's and hub gears was the next step up,So on the phone to Chris at Locktup and BANG...the Dirty 30's turned up.30 spline Chrome will out last the truck!!
The outside shot of the open swivel hub with new bearings and the only axle seal you should ever use!! Marlin Crawler
The inside shot shows the Trail Gear Rock Rings that are twice as thick as stockers, another must for a quality leak proof hub re-build and won't distort or allow felt and rubber ring seal to move around.
Diff armour Migged on.
