Tray positioned and 2 mount done and tacked together. I cant for the life of me think of a way to make a headboard work, so im not going to use one for now, se what happens I guess

Some new fuel and breather hose so i can move the sub tank back about 50mm. Otherwise the filler was going to get in the road of the guards.

New stainless pistons (xxi industries) compared to the old rusted/pitted ones

I've also redone the rear axle seals and wheel bearings, will get the fronts sorted this week, i'm soooo looking forward to that. Big rush now, trying to have back on the road in 4 weeks haha, this could get interesting, then the fun mods can start.

interior of the extra cab, that is as much as i am doing until it's on the road, then we'll worry about trimming. I have a fair bit of wiring to run through there and to sort out before making it to pretty.

Thanks guys, i'm pretty happy with it so far, be happier when its in the carport though and not the shed :lol:

This is as per last night, finally got a guard on and its starting to resemble a car again.
