5 x 13mm holes drilled so that I can plug weld the rear sheet to the frame. I didnt like the idea of welding the rear of the sheet straight to the frame, im not the greatest welder in the world and I figured that I would warp the ***** out of the sheet.

Upper section, picked up a rear window out of a 75 series today for $50, so pretty happy about that. Cut the hole fore it and was surprised that it only just fit inside the frame. I thought id have a heap of room, I will have to visit Clarke Rubber sometime and find a seal to suit. No real rush for that part though.

As it sits tonight, pretty happy to have something that resembles a cab again.

I've welded a small plate in this gap as well, just have to grind it back. Think i am averaging about 1/2 a day every 2 weeks at the moment, it's annoying the crap out of me.
The more i look at trimming the inside the more it is scaring me as well.

Horrible gap in front of the rear doors. Welded a plate in there, worked out ok. Going to seal in behind with expanding foam, i can't think of another way and there is a big gap where the old door seal used to run. i don't want water etc in there as there will be no way for it to get out.

Bottom of where the rear door was, bit of putty to smooth it out, welding a 7mm strip in there wasn't a great deal of fun, my welding is certainly improving though.
