im really happy with the way it handles, deffinetly not as much body roll as i was expect. the shocks are pretty stiff.

Forget the gay airbags, just get a weight distribution hitch. It will be the best towing accessory you will ever buy !!!
Guts uses one on his 80 when towing the comp rigs & his suspension is a soft setup. I have driven long distances with him to & from comps using the hitch & it is amazing & improves towing stability, emergency braking & even fuel economy !!!

Just google "Weight Distribution Hitch" but I think Guts' is Hayman Reece.
They have varying models depending on load application. The setup you will be after will be around the $1,000 mark I think, but it is a one time purchase & easy to transfer from one vehicle to the next.

Check out the EAZ lift WDH setups. They are cheaper than HR ones and a lot of the grey nomads recommend them. Definitely a better idea than air bags.

Currently looking at doing that to mine also.. Have the coils ready to go in but haven't decided on shocks yet.

It comes with an adhesive backing, just peel the paper off and stick it on, easy as.

So spent a week in the high country last week with Richo in his 79 and Damo in his 76 towing a camper, A.J also made an appearance :D Went looking for the hard stuff and didnt really find it, thought we would be hanging off winches atleast once  but everything was dry and full of traction. Only one recovery because of the camper. Was a good trip, made it up as we went as to where we headed and just tried to include as many of the tracks we had heard about.

Yeah it was a great trip, bummer I couldn't stay for the whole thing.
We'll have to plan another "big" trip for next year sometime :thumb:
