Considering the arb/tjm bars need the underpan cover for the wheelarch to stop water entering the inlet, I'd say do a whole lot of research before driving through a puddle with one of those. The PX breathes through the wheelarch which is well designed behind the bumper on the OE car, but all that gets cut out when a bar goes on, and some thought needs to be given to water ingress.
