Hi Chevie82,
The lights are basic Narva work lamps, cheap but work well. You are right about the space left once the rear bumper is removed. Hence the lights and reflectors. You can fit bump stops to the holes rather than lights but the lights are way more useful.

The other problem with removing the bumper is that all that flat space on the beaver panel shows every stone impact from objects hitting the back of the panel. I have mounted some angle iron across the rear section of the chassis to which I have fitted insertion strip rubber which drops down to protect the panel. That stops stones hitting the rear of the panel and damaging it and protects the tow bar loom, while absorbing the impact so the stones don't deflect and cause further damage. I have done this with my other utes in the past and it works well. Costs about $50.00.

The rear bar looks good but once again, driving on gravel roads strips paint from the lower leading edges and side tubes. Touch-up paint is your friend.

Yeah, tyres are all about marketing hey. There are so many awesome performing tyres out there. I have Hankook DynaProMT and so far have been flawless. Next on the list are Federal Couragia and KM2.

Voluum, I love the switch panel in your BT and would love to do some thing like that in mine. Can you tell me where you got it or was it custom made for the job? They look like ARB rocker switches am I close?

it is a demo/promo vehicle for my work and will highlight our trays, canopies and other features.
got it just before xmas.
just got the tray welded up and fitted this week and the front and rear bars.
ill finish the tray over this weekend and fit up some toolboxes under the tray.
i also have an 80ltr aux fuel and 80ltr water tank to fit up as well.
i have a second set of sideboards which are getting painted body colour.
next week or two should see brush bars and side steps on it and also some wheels.
then we will start with the canopy build.

Those switches are available at Supercheap, saw them in there during the week. Under $20 too.

Cheers mate. I made up the panel my self out of 3mm mdf. I got my switches from Air On Board (you can find them on eBay) but the ARB, Supercheap or Narva versions would do the same job.

Thanks for that I was hoping it was an off the shelf item. Looks like I will have to have a go at it myself. Wish me luck.

Hi Scott, neat rig!
Where did you get that switch panel? Makes great use of an otherwise useless gizmo
Also, do I see a sunroof? I was told I could not have that.. That they did not make them?!? Is that an after market?
Cheers
