Saw this info doing the forum rounds a month or two back.
Would be great for desert / beaches / dune areas, and other such.
A lot more care needed in areas with canopies etc as no collision avoidance as yet.

Yeah that is pretty cool.

Not so sure it would work so well in a tree lined forest lol.

Never understood the go pro craze, the footage is hardly exciting enough as it gives no 3rd party perspective, this on the other hand I could get into.

mmm... but there are places you can't use these. At the Head of Bight in SA where they have whale watching (saw a number of mums and calves too!) they have a sign about the prohibition on drones at that locality. Probably because of the possibility of prangs, especially with other tourists...
