For the stuff that's NOT 4WD related, here's where you can come on in and discuss it, but do play nice!

The difference between a R-E-G-R-E-T-ful life
and G-R-A-T-E-ful life is how you re-arrange things.

If you always do things the same way you always did, then you'll always get the same things you always got! :whyme:
An Ex-Service person is someone who thought enough about their country & how great it is, how lucky we are to live here, to write a blank cheque made out to 'The People and Commonwealth of Australia' for the value of 'Up to & including my Life!'

Mum always says

"its better to have the devil in front of you"

Basically means to tell the truth, and deal with problems head on. Not to
run away from things.

My old mans 4wd water crossings advice.

"Only 1 idiot in the water at a time".

That way there's always someone else on solid ground to haul you out when you screw up - unless your traveling alone of course. ;)

The 50-50-90 rule.
Any time you have a 50-50 chance of getting something right, there's a 90% probability you'll get it wrong.
