Very, very close, it is a rather popular island with a lighthouse. Not Fraser.

Quite easy, just a short barge ride over from the Port of Brisbane and the head north up the beach.
Barge prices are quite expensive so if going over make it count and stay for a week camping.

^^ or maybe that's the masts of a few yacht's in a marina just around the bend in the river(?) or waterway?? So is it a Marina or a Harbour/town you'd see beyond those trees?? Innnteresting innit, heywot? ;)
