G,,day smokey. i have been out in some nasty , fugly conditions. on commercial vessels.
but bloody hell , that is nasty , and scary.

Not denying that it wouldn't have been bloody awful out there, but the big zoom on the telephoto would've been making it look a whole lot worse to us than the blokes on the boats actually thought it was! They do that for a living in all sorts of weather & sea conditions, and those boats are pretty capable sea-keepers even in a chopped up cauldron like that was!

Anyone know where it was?

I remember riding a cat coming into the Merchison river Kalbarri WA on a 25 foot swell. Same kinda thing having to time the entrance. Glad I wasn't driving. A happy to do once situation.
