Official Compliant against another motley member

Unread post by -Aussie- » October 19th, 2009, 8:05 pm

BJ73 LX Lover has submitted an official complaint against rumpig.

The complaint is in regards to comments made about an unfortunate accident the occured on the weekend of the Clubkhana and something about rumpig being a very shady character.

BJ, we would like your input to how rumpig should be disiplined. A few suggestions below:

1. A public spanking administered by the Sergeant at Arms at the next meeting.
2. Subjected to drink an entire barrel of Willow's home brew Kilkenny.
3. Supplied with an "I rather be driving a Nissan" sticker to cover the entire back window of his cruizer.

The input of all members is welcome and will be taken under consideration. BJ is to give the final ruling on punishment.

i'm thinking Boxxy should give me the spanking :thumb:
and BJ should get his handbrake fixed so his fourby doesn't roll down hills and have trees try to smash his door off it's hinges again. LOL

Attention all Motleys and potential Motleys

The first general meeting of 2010 will be held next Sunday 7th February and you are all invited to attend.

This meeting will be combined with a social outing attending the model steam trains at Grandchester, about 30klms west of Ipswich.

The trains run from 9.30am to 4.00 pm and we will have bbq’s available if you wish to bring your lunch, alternatively there is a canteen at the venue. BYO chairs and enclosed footwear must be worn to ride the trains. So come along early and let the kids have some fun

The general meeting will start at 2.30 and doesn’t normally take that long to get through, and there are some new memberships to put through again this time

This meeting will give the web members and visitors alike to come along and meet the Motleys and see what we are all about, possibly even get to see what an ordinary bunch we really are.

So hope to see you all there next Sunday

Thanks all

It has been a while since posted here !!!!!

Just a brief update of club events

June long weekend there is a rather large group off to Levuka and spots are still available, jsut need to got to our website and let Ollie know you wish to attend, so far there is about 18 vehicles going

Another part of our club (7 vehicles) leave on Sat 12th June for their Simpson Desert trip, so far reports from out that way tend to be favouring us with tracks set to open on the 11th June so a West to East crossing now looks like being achieved.

Clubs next meeting is our first AGM on 9th July at 7pm at 4wd Qld hall, 90 Muriel Ave, Salisbury - all prospective members welcome to attend ad meet "The Crew"

Our new look website is up and running and is looking great, thanks to Aussie2000 burning the midnight oil to convert it over, still has a few features to finish but very funtional and up to date. Click on link below to visit us.

The Motley Crew

Cheers all

Highway Thunder 2010

**Highway Thunder 2010, is to be held on Sunday, 12th September 2010 to mark the end of National Child Protection Week.

Highway Thunder is a convoy of literally thousands of cars, trucks, motorbikes and any other roadworthy vehicles travelling from one venue to another, under a police escort. Each vehicles will display the white balloon day flag, and/ or the white balloon day balloons.

The purpose of Highway Thunder is to unite all members of the community, give a voice to the victims of child sexual assault and BREAK THE SILENCE of this crime. Highway Thunder is part of the white balloon day campaign held during Child Protection Week. Their objectives are to have literally thousands of vehicles participating in this year’s event and raise money for Bravehearts Incorporated, so Bravehearts can continue their incredible work to protect the innocence of children and make Australia the safest place in the work to raise a child.

Participants begin arriving and the Harvey Norman Carpark, Pacific Highway Loganholme from 7.00 am they plan to be travelling on the road by 8.00 am. The convoy would start arriving the Parklands Showgrounds on the Gold Coast from around 9.00 am, where there will be family orientated activities. All participants will be given an instruction sheet regarding routes, road ules etc.

All entrants will receive a white balloon day pack, which will include –
2 x white balloon day flags
1 x pack of 5 white balloon day branded balloons
1 x ticket into events major raffle ($5,000 cash)
Assorted sponsors merchandise

Cost per vehicle, as decided at the AGM, will be $15.00.

Group entry fee per vehicle is $10.00, but the meeting decided we would pay the $15.00 and the $5.00 per vehicle would be a donation from the Club.

The Bribie Is trip set down for this weekend will be postponed to a date to be advised by the Trip Committee.

I will act as co-ordinator and trip leader for this one, and I need names as quickly as possible so I can register the club for the event. Details for registration required is your vehicle type and registration no. Please indicate here if you intend to attend this worthwhile event.
