Roothy's cooking DVD - how did what you tried turn out?

Unread post by Bexter » February 4th, 2014, 11:25 pm

I watched Roothy's cooking DVD today that came with one of the mags and for tonight tried the 'Taiwanese Pork Risotto' Absolutely delish, and with the quantities the same as what Roothy used, it was enough to feed an army. It probably cost about $40-$50 with all the ingredients, but was enough for about 3 dinners for 4-6 people, so not too bad.

Not sure which one I'll try next, but if anyone has tried some of the others, let me know how they turned out.

Nothing exactly, but they do provide a lot of inspiration for our meals. Like we lobbed a tin of two-fruits into the roast and it made a really good gravy base.
