This was mine from the weekend best roast ive ever had!

Looks good.

Always seem to taste better out of a camp oven.

1st time poster, figured i had to register at some stage, heres a few of mine not quite "camp" roasts but still a roast

our pork roast recently, best iv ever had as well so far, just some gravy and fresh bread to hold it with......... :drink: and the crackling just melted in your mouth.....

Loving the pics :) just a quick question, can I do crackling in a camp oven? (on a pork roast ) if so how?
I've tilted the lid and put more coals on top than the bottom, but she's still not crackling :(
