Thai Beef Salad
(Cold Salad)
Hi all, this is one of my Favourite dishes to make. Great to have during hot camp lunches!

Ingredients:
• Lettuce (any sort will do)
• Blade stake or the pre chopped stuff any sort will do
• Chili
• Garlic
• Fish source
(optional)
• Peanuts, cherry tomatoes, chopped onion or just about anything ‘Salady’ can be added to taste

Method:
• Chop beef into long strips if it isn’t already pre cut
• Cook the beef just to the way you like it (a little pink inside is my choice)
• While beef is cooking chop up lettuce and all other optional ingredients
• Place chopped up ingredients in bowl and add the chili, garlic and fish source (all to taste)
• Once the beef is cooked add it to the salad and give it a good toss around.
• And enjoy (with a cold one :drink:  )

Forget camp cooking I make this at home.

And if you can dig up some fresh coriander that always goes well!
