If it was also in the magazine, there's a link to an index somewhere around the site, which had the contents of the issues, which might then help you nail down the dvd to look in.
I'll see if I can find that index. I got sent the link once when I suggested the mag should send those who subscribe, a searchable index update each year so they can better use their collection of mags as a resource.

I'm not 100% sure but I think it was this (feel free to correct me).

1 oven roast bag
1 Choc cake mixture (mixed as per instructions)
1 block of caramel choclate
Put it all in the roast bag and tie it off, then steam it in simmering water (until cooked, not sure of he time).

When its cooked add cream or ice cream.

Something like that.

Yeah, gave it a lash tonight with the kids.

Recipe as above and simmer in water for 50 minutes.

Kids loved it.

I reckon you could do this one with Turkish Delight Chocolate, or even better the Black Forest chocolate as well.
In fact pretty much whatever your favourite chocolate is would likely work too.

Agree with that Ezookiel.

The problem I have is the bloody kids eating the chocolate when we are breaking it up to put it in the cake mixture.

My problem wouldn't be the kids, my problem would be ME :)

Yeah but as a parent you can just blame the kids if you eat it.

Ignorance is bliss.

Does anyone reckon you could do it in a thermal cooker. Save a lot of gas and it would be ready when we want to eat it.
