Anyone tired a Little Wombat Camp Fire Spit?

Unread post by NEWBTGT » April 11th, 2013, 5:10 pm

Has anyone used or seen one of these little wombat spits?
Wondering if they would be useable on Fraser Island as a "cooking utensil"

I haven't tried wombat on a spit but I had some roasted wombat just yesterday. It was really good and now I'm annoyed because it's unlikely I'll get to try some again.

I don't think the Fraser Island Rangers would look favourably on that one.. Looks to me like a wood bbq with a tray over the top... But, you can always ring or email them and ask..
