Was going to dynamat the floor on the pig rig but it's too expensive so I busted out the Shultz gun today. Pretty happy how it turned out.

Sound deadner Patrick..Motorspray was the brand. Think it cost me 25 bucks for a 1ltr bottle which I thinned with turps 15%. Just made it too. I'm going under lining under the vinyl floor I've ordered so I didn't bother with two coats just loaded it up with one heavy coat.

Motorspray... Cheers mate. I'm wanting some white stuff to repace the original stuff under the rear wheel arches on my rig so might see if it comes in white.

What your after mate is called "stonegaurd" and motorspray make it in white or black.. I spray mine gaurds in the black deadner for two reasons.. Black is easy to keep clean and the sound deadner will keep the hum of my 33's down... Win win in my books.. Maybe something for you to think about?

Did a little more today on the pig rig. Since there's hundreds if thousands of these ln65's made id decided too change up my front grille to stand out a little more.

Started with this...Then with a cut or two with the air saw I've ended up with this

Need a bit more sanding and a coat of satin black and I'm calling it good!

Hey sport,

Yeah bonnet came up spot on after file sanding it. Had heaps of lows and highs throughout it. It's since changed again I added a scoop to it also right above where the turbo manifold will go. I've got this one photo of it with second coat if colour gojng on...

Had a couple of hours up my sleeve yesterday so I knocked out one of the rear doors and blocked it down dead straight. I've noticed most ln65's have the speakers mounted to the rear section of the door card? I've decided to make a spacer and mount it too the front half! What have people done it this situation?

Just had two weeks off work up in sunny qld with the family so nothing much has happened on the hunting truck.. Bought a buff on the sat I got home and decided to give it a quick compound cut..

Pretty happy with the result so far... The photo is second cut without any polish yet..

Hey,

Works been super busy over the past month leading into Christmas so haven't had to much time for the 65... Got the rear of the cab scuffed back today and paint with some left over sound deadner... It will be top coated with the body colour in the end anyway...
