Maybe you sprayed it on from a wrong angle, or the color of your socks did react with the chemical reaction of this quality product....

I have never found one that worked either. I bought a little stool so I can sit down and clean my wheels by hand with an old rag and a bit of soapy water...
Works for me!

Bleedin' eck! Why make all this work for yourself??!

I just fitted flat black rims - they hose clean after 30 seconds every time now, no need to scrub, Ever!! They come up flat black almost straight away!! :thumb: Some people just don't approach these problems the right way! :sillywink:

Picked up a TJM Compressor at the right price:

Decided to do a few little mods to it adding a Pressure S/W, & hose connect so I could mount in the Passenger side Wing kit of draws. While at it I added a Relay, fuse Box, USB/Cig Sockets & 12v Gauge:

I was gonna say Guss, the sides on that vehicle still look awful straight & shiny!! Not much of that good ole Hi-country Bush Pinstriping on it yet?!? :(

But then you said that's in the planning, so I'll hafta forgive you for now (but don't take too long! ;) ) And you're planning a trip to properly get some Cape York Dust all thru everything, that's the way to go!! :thumb:

All you'll need after that is some Central Australian Red Dust under the seats & in the air vents; & maybe a bit of Outback Qld Black Mud inside the wheel arches, chassis rails, & double skinned door panels; with just a few Kimberly Stone Chips on the door sills & a heap across the front of the bonnet & you'll have that new 200 Series right properly set up!! :sillywink:

Glad you're enjoying it - d'ya reckon there's anything I've missed?? :p

Hooked the Van up & had new BFG KO2s fitted then headed away for the long W/End to see how the Cruiser Towed.

Round trip was just over 500ks to Marlo & return through the hills of East Gippy stuck to the 100ks where allowed. The Off Road van comes in at just on 2 Tons fully Loaded with a ball wait of about 180kg so well under what's allowed. 35PSI in the Airbags, (Airbag Man with Kevlar Sleeves allowed 60PSI). Towed in S5 as I found in S4 it just wanted to change up so with the Lock Up kit in S5 RPM was about 1700.
Averaged 16.4ltrs/100ks which is bloody great in my book with such a tight motor looking fwd to it loosening up! (Calc was ltrs used Klms travelled not per vehickle dash as I've found it's out a fair whack it showed 17.9?).

Note: Van Replaced with new 1 see later post.

I had a look in a Cruiser like yours. What a great car. I love the inside. It's close to a space ship. Never been in a space ship but have seen a few episodes of Star trek....
I rather fly a Cruiser than that thing Captain Kirk is flying. It's so comfortable and
so well built. Everything in it's right place.
Awesome truck? or 4WD limo?
