No cause we have always driven into the Sink camping area any time at night which doesn't require any river crossings but the Black Springs Campsite on the left side of the road in the Vulcan pine plantation about opposite the Black Springs general store. If you are coming from Sydney & take the Jenolan Caves Rd as you turn towards Oberon you also have the millionth Acre campsite in the Hampton State Forest.

Have you been there?
Its located at a crossroad with lots of buildings fairly close by. Large flat area, lots of room but its more a place where you park to have lunch.
If it was late at night and I was sick of driving then I'd stop there for the night with an early departure but not a place you'd want to stay at for any period.

Reckon it'd be nicer to just pull into one of the numerous forrestry roads for the night.
