NSW South Coast

Unread post by robandjenine » July 11th, 2011, 8:43 pm

Took a weekend run down Ulladulla way with the family camped on a friends property out of Milton and got the absolute crap blown out of us on the Saturday night with wind gusts over 100km per hour it was like sleeping behind a jet engine but we survived with only a couple of broken tent poles and broken ropes.
Apart from the wild weather it was a great weekend with some nice drives up to pigeon house mountain and down to Blue gum, shallow crossing and Yadboro, no difficult stuff but a nice run never the less

nice little spot for lunch by the Clyde River

yeah it was a shame we didn't have a lot of time to explore a bit more and maybe find a track or two to play on. gonna head down again around chrissy time although I expect there'll probably be a bit of a crowd.

Mate, at Chrissy this place is well over run. Finding a quiet place is a chore.
I just got lost in thought. It was unfamiliar territory.
