You must be a 4WD enthusiast and own your own 4WD to be a successful candidate.

You qualify for an interview must be able to demonstrate the following:

- Hard worker
- Work well in team environment
-Good organisational skills
-Good communicator
-Can string words together

The positions are full time and based at our Silverwater NSW offices.

Great start there guys.
Personally with the electronic world we now live in, I don't see why you have to have someone based in Sydney.
For the sake of quality, the magazine would be vastly better considering spreading its net a little wider and finding the BEST applicant irrespective of location. It isn't hard to get a distant person involved in a meeting via conference calls, and submissions made electronically etc.
You certainly won't get the best if you limit yourself to those in one city, or those prepared to move to another city.

We've gone over this time and time again. The role is based in Sydney, that's all there is to it. If someone's keen enough to take on the job of a lifetime that's their choice. Five years ago I moved down here from the NSW mid-north coast and haven't looked back.
