Advice Required: Towing camper trailer on Bribie Island

Unread post by BenM84 » February 22nd, 2016, 4:24 pm

Hi all,

i am new to the 4x4 game, I am planning and booked some ocean camping at Bribie Island. My question is....

i have a 2012 Nissan Navara D22 STR and I am wondering if I could tow my camper up into the camp grounds without too many issues. The trailer is full off road, and has a tare of 750kg.

i have towed the trailer at Inskip before through the soft sand but that was only for 50m max.

any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated

Towing up the beach and into the campsites will not be a problem. Was only up there on Sunday. The southern beach access track was pretty cut up and had some deep sand and deep holes. Enjoy your trip.
