strange noise

hey guys,

just wondering if anyone has or has heard of strange cracking, creaking sorta noise coming from front suspension on full lock mainly when coming in & out of driveway or on a hill ??

Yup, it's the nylon caps on your steering stops that are stuffed or missing, cost u about $10 at the stealership. Mine tend to last 3-6 months... crap design...

unless the noise really bothers you, I wouldnt worry about replacing them

was worried it wazs serious to start with haha, but yeah probably leave it... let everyone look in ore when it cracks and bangs going up the hill at full lock

Yeah, pretty bad huh? Someone suggested to get new caps and lightly grease the "cups" where they make contact. Apparently that's what required...

i greased up the bump stops and coated everything in lanotec lanolin worked a treat

X2 i used grease about 3months ago and havent had a peep outta em
